The hotel had an amazing cozy lounge with a log burner and board games, perfect for unwinding after a long hike. It felt so welcoming, like a home away from home. We loved the generous late check-out and were so grateful for the little touches like food prep for our early mountain adventure.

The staircase design is quite problematic with steep and narrow steps that are a challenge, especially for those carrying larger luggage!!! Bathroom privacy can be an issue with locks not functioning properly!!!

We had an amazing week! The kids loved the cozy fire and the tasty breakfast. definitely don't miss the porridge! Amy and James were wonderful, making us feel at home. Plus, the location is perfect for family hikes, especially to Snowdon.

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Llanberis with exceptional value. The owners made me feel welcomed and safe during my stay. If you need a quiet spot, ask for a room away from the main road.
